Password Reset - How it Works
To request a password reset you must use this form to provide your username and email address.
If the information that you provide is known to us the system will send you an email message containing a link that allows you to set a new password.
The email will be sent immediately - if it does not appear in your inbox it may have been forwarded to your Other email or your Junk Mail folder.
The link in the email message can only be used once - if you forget your new password you will need to repeat the password reset process.
If you cannot remember either your registered username or email address you should contact the system administrators using the contact information in the page footer below.
Please keep your username and password secure - do not share your credentials with anyone else. If someone else needs to use this application please use the new user registration link on the Your Colleagues list to add their details to the system.
